Last Illinois Pics-Children's Museum Playdate

Before we left Illinois, we had a playdate with my besties from college, Kristine and Katie and their 2 kids at the children's museum in downtown Normal. I have not taken O to a children's museum so I was excited for her to explore one for the first time. This one did not disappoint! It was 3 floors filled with the greatest toys for kids to play with. Olivia was in heaven from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The place was busy with some school field trips and that many kids and that much noise would normally overwhelm her, but I stuck close, kept reassuring her and she had a blast playing with everything. A must do again the next time we are visiting the grandparents!
After the museum, we went over to one of our other sorority sister's home. She also lives in Normal and had quadruplets 2 years ago. And I thought my life was rough with one 2 year old! She did not want to brave the museum (I don't blame her) so we picked up lunch for everyone and went to her house for one ginormous playdate with 9 kids.

O and her friend Alaric (Katie's son) in the Avanti's pizza delivery truck. They were annoyed to have to stop and take a picture.

O and her friends Hayden and Natalie (Kristine's kids) playing at the splash pool.

Normal is in central Illinois so of course the 2nd floor HAD to be farm equipment for the kids to explore! Here Olivia is driving the tractor. It was hard to get her to play with anything else. She loved sitting in here and pretending to drive it!

O asked for me to come in and drive with her. Who can pass that opportunity up?

Ahh the combine. Another big hit. She and I 'drove' this together as well.

The kiddos sort of posing for the picture at the museum.

O, Amara, and 2 of the 4 quads playing in the basement playroom. They could not get enough of the makeshift ball pit.

My college roommate, sorority sister and beloved friend Katie.

All 9 kids on the couch for a picture. The whole "Smile for the camera!" was not going to work here.

Tiffany (the mother of the quads), Katie, Kristine and me. Katie's 4 year old son took the picture. Not too bad! I never liked the top of my head anyway.
