Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here in Spain. My parents were here to celebrate and if anyone knows my mom's cooking, her Thanksgiving feast is to die for. I watched carefully how she made her turkey and stuffing and hope to cook my own at Christmas...we will see how that plays out later. Anyways, it was a great day. We also had some of our friends over for dinner as they were without their families and had not planned anything for the day. We had our meal at 1:15pm so we could put all the kiddos down for their afternoon naps. We then all met back up for desert and football in the evening. We somehow did not get any pics of the whole gang who was here but the ones below show the preparations for the meal and O and her buddy Drew eating at the kid's table we set up.

The turkey. It was DELICIOUS.

The kid's table.

O and I observing my mom's mad cooking skills.

Justin carving the turkey.

The cooks posing for pictures.

Justin overseeing the table decorating.

Our Thanksgiving table. A little thrown together but turned out nice in the end.

Drew and O eating their meal together.

A fabulous sunset out the back door to end the evening.

What a wonderful day! That sunset is to die for! I also loved getting to see your kitchen. Will you take pics of all the rooms in your house and blog them so we can see how your house looks? I've only seen the outside!

I absolutely love the picture of Olivia and Drew. They could be an old married couple eating dinner together! Mary Ann
