Christmas in Illinois Part I

Hi everyone. Sorry for the lazy posting again. We are currently in Illinois visiting family and have been very slow to update the blog. We hope everyone enjoyed Christmas as much as we did. O, of course, got a ton of great toys, clothes and books from her family. We really enjoyed the days leading up to Christmas and the annual Christmas Eve celebration at Justin's parent's home. Below are some pictures from our time in Bloomington. Another post to follow from Christmas day at my sister's in northern Illinois.

O is mesmerized by the Backyardigans. Highly recommend this show to ANYONE with small children.
Enjoying a good read by the tree.

All bundled up for the Arctic weather in Illinois.

Opening presents on Christmas Eve.

I need to get the camera you guys have! Everything looks wonderful... and your hair is getting long again! I can't wait to see more pictures, I'm glad you get to see family before you leave... have you gotten to see a lot of friends too?
Take care!

Not as many as we would like in the limited time we have had this vacation. That just means many will have to come and visit us in Spain!

Well I can't wait to get a full update of your Illinois trip... and posts as you prepare to leave the country! :)
We'll be on that list to visit at some point while you're there.
Love and miss -

These are great pictures. I am glad that you are having a great time. We have had some crazy weather--really cold and windy and then tomorrow is supposed to be 70. During one of the cold, windy days your wreath took a tumble so it is now waiting for you on the front porch! Enjoy the rest of your trip. Stacy
